Following on from the government’s guidance for people planning to visit holiday premises during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the difficult the decision to close Wensleydale Glamping Pods as people should avoid travelling unless it is essential.

‘Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays. People should remain in their primary residence. We are offering voucher codes valid for 18 months to those of you with existing bookings and would like to personally thank everyone who has so far accepted this credit. The financial implications for us are huge, our insurance company will not be paying out on our business interruption policy but we will get through this! For now, we are not going to be accepting bookings for 2020 until the position is clearer, but we will shortly be accepting 2021 bookings.
